Zumba is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez during 1990s. Zumba is trademark owned by Zumba Ftness, LLC. The Brazilian pop singer Claudia Leitte has become the international ambassador to Zumba Fitness.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements combine high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. The choreography incorporates hip hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges area also included. Zumba Fitness, the owner of the Zumba program, does not charge licensing fee to qyms or fitness centers. Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries.

For myself, I do enjoyed Zumba so much! Due to my age already in 30's, which is clubbing is not in my 'list' anymore, Zumba is the best replacement! hehe....

Year back before, since, I wan in secondary school,high school and college year, I always involved in traditional malay dance. So, when it comes to zumba, it's very 'me'. I really enjoy it!!
 

So, now, I always attend a zumba class at Vivace Dance Academy in Seremban 2. With fee only RM15 per session (about 1 1/2hours), I can enjoy excising and dancing in the same time. The Zumba instructor, which we  called, Zin, Ms.Zin Eija, is very an energetic women....wowww...when looking at her move, she's like very superb and amazing!! How I wish I could 'move' and have 'groove' like her.... :)
